Return and Exchange Policy

Refund and Exchange Policy – Taleed Resume

Due to the nature of the digital products provided by Taleed Store (downloadable resume templates), we adhere to the following policy in accordance with the laws of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

First: Exception to the Right of Return

Based on the Executive Regulations of the E-commerce Law, the consumer is not entitled to terminate the contract or return the product in the following cases:

  • If the product consists of software or digital files downloaded via the Internet (as is the case with resume templates).
  • Once the payment process is completed and the download link has reached the customer, no return or exchange can be requested, as the consumer has already benefited from the product and it has reached its final state, which cannot be restored.


Second: Cases Eligible for Refund or Exchange

Without prejudice to the provisions of the "First" section, the customer is entitled to request an exchange or a refund within (7) days from the date of purchase in only two cases:

  1. Technical Defect in the Product: (e.g., the file is corrupt or cannot be opened) after providing proof of the defect.
  2. Description Mismatch: If it is proven that the downloaded template differs completely in design or specifications from what was displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.


Third: Refund Terms (If the above cases apply):

  • Contact must be made via: WhatsApp or Email providing the order number and an explanation of the issue.
  • If a technical defect is proven, the customer will be given the choice between repairing the file, replacing it with another file of the same value, or receiving a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within (7-14) working days, depending on the issuing bank's policy.


Fourth: Customer Responsibility:

  • The customer bears full responsibility for ensuring the availability of the necessary software required to run the templates (such as Microsoft Word - Desktop Version) as mentioned in the product description before completing the purchase.
  • The customer's lack of knowledge of how to use the required software, its unavailability on their device, or attempting to use it on incompatible devices (such as mobile phones) is not considered a valid reason for a refund.
